How to get Tec.Support?

You can download the app on your favorite device, whether it is an Apple or Android device.

You can also launch the web app from your web browser.

I got a technical problem, how does it work?

Launch the Tec.Support app by clicking on "Get Support".
Select AI or Remote from the menu at the bottom.
Enter a description of your problem.

For AI, proceed with the payment and get your resolution guide.
For Remote, select a tech from those offering their service and then proceed with the payment to get the remote call.

What are the pricing options?

AI assistance: 1.98$ (CAD) or free by watch an ad (only available on mobile)
Remote assistance: 31.98$ (CAD)
On-site assistance: Coming soon!

Do I have to go through the AI?

No, you can directly choose to jump on a call with a tech.

How do I know if the technician is truly qualified?

Tec.Support got in place a rating system and a report system to prevent any abuse or wrongdoing and to make sure technicians are actually qualified to resolve issues.

What happen if the problem is not resolved?

Not resolved by the AI assistance will give you a credit for the remote assistance (unless you've watched an ad for free access).

For the remote assistance, we cannot give a full refund as the service was still provided to the best knowledge and capacity of the technician. Plus, the diagnostic of the technician will allow you to avoid paying for another diagnostic elsewhere.

I am a technician, how do I offer my services?

In Tec.Support app, select "Give Support" then create an account.

I am a technician, when do I receive the money from the client?

The amount will be held for 30 days for safety reason, which allow us to review the interaction and make sure there are no abuse nor wrongdoing performed by the technician.

Beyond the 30 days hold, which apply to every call, payment is issued at the end of each month.
